1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and zbazi ("zbazi", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at zbazi.io. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered on the zbazi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active zbazi account. 3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbazi account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. zbazi will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

zbazi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documentation at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time zbazi reasonably requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

zbazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including where zbazi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or any other breach of these Terms. Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after settlement of pending bets) will be returned to the member's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

zbazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zbazi does not accept payments from third-party accounts; deposits must originate from a payment account held in the same name as the registered zbazi account.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is only accepted when you receive an on-screen confirmation showing a unique bet reference number. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. zbazi will not be liable for bets placed in error. 5.2 Odds and Market Pricing

5.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, insufficient participant numbers, market suspension for integrity reasons, or a clear technical error in odds. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the member's account balance. zbazi's decision on voided bets is final.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play bets are subject to the same acceptance and confirmation process as pre-match bets. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, there may be a brief delay between bet submission and confirmation; during this delay, the market may have changed. Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, not the odds at the time of submission.

6 Casino Games

zbazi's total liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. zbazi does not exclude or limit its liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The zbazi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zbazi takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of odds and game outcomes, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12 Termination

zbazi may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or if zbazi is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Upon termination for breach, zbazi reserves the right to void pending bets, cancel bonuses, and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting zbazi's support team and requesting account closure. Following your request, zbazi will process any pending bets and return your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days subject to KYC completion.

zbazi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
